b. Payment: Full payment is typically required by a specified date before the commencement of services. Failure to make timely payments may result in the cancellation of booked services.

c .Confirmation: After we receive your booking and deposit, we will confirm availability of all components and send you a confirmation email within 1–2 business days.

From the time of your booking confirmation until your final payment; your price may only be changed if: 1) you request Changes or Customizations to your booking; 2) new or increased government taxes or fees are implemented that apply to your package or its components; 3) vendor costs applicable to your package or its components increase. Under any of these circumstances, we will inform you how your package price will be affected.

Once your booking is fully paid the package price will not change, unless: 1) you request Changes or Customizations to your booking; 2) new or increased government taxes or fees are implemented that apply to your package or its components. In either case, we will inform you how your package price will be affected.

d. SPECIAL MEAL REQUESTS OR DIETS: You may enter special meal requests or dietary restrictions for any traveler. We will relay your requests to the airlines and our partners in destination. Please confirm meal requests with the airlines by 72 hours before departure. We cannot guarantee that your requests will be honored, and some requests or restrictions may be difficult to accommodate in some destinations.

3. Accuracy of Information and Booking Conditions

a. Information Accuracy: Professional Vacationers Unlimited strives to provide accurate and up-to-date information on the website. However, errors may occur. Users are advised to confirm pricing and details with us prior to making a booking.

b. Booking Warranties: i. By making travel bookings on our website or with our agents, or otherwise purchasing any travel services offered by Professional Vacationers Unlimited, you warrant that: 1. You are at least 18 years of age and have the legal authority to create a binding legal obligation. 2. You accept and agree to all the Terms presented herein. 3. All information supplied by you for the purposes of that booking is true, accurate, current, and complete to the best of your knowledge.

ii. Booking on Behalf of Others: 1. If you make a booking for anyone other than yourself, you are considered the designated contact person for those other travelers. 2. You represent and warrant that you are legally authorized to act on their behalf, have obtained all required consents, and will inform them of these Terms. 3. You are responsible for making all payments due for your booking, notifying us of any changes or cancellations, and keeping the other travelers informed of all information relevant to the trip.

4. Cancellation and Refund Policy

a. Cancellation by the User: Users are subject to the specified cancellation policy. Cancellation fees may apply.

b. Cancellation by Professional Vacationers Unlimited: In unforeseen circumstances, we reserve the right to cancel or alter services. Alternative arrangements or refunds may be offered.

5. Changes to Bookings and Fees

a. User-Requested Changes: i. Changes to bookings are subject to fees, both by Professional Vacationers Unlimited and the party or parties providing the booked services. ii. Users are responsible for any additional fees, charges, or expenses incurred as a result of changes to the booking.

b. Professional Vacationers Unlimited's Fee: i. Professional Vacationers Unlimited reserves the right to charge an administrative fee for changes to bookings. The amount of this fee will be communicated to users during the change request process.

c. Service Provider Fees: i. Changes to bookings may also be subject to fees imposed by the service providers, affiliates, or vendors supplying the travel services. Users are responsible for any such fees and agree to comply with the terms and conditions of these service providers.

d. Payment of Fees: i. Users are required to make prompt payment of all fees associated with changes to bookings. Failure to pay these fees may result in the cancellation of the booking.

By making a booking through Professional Vacationers Unlimited, users acknowledge and accept the potential for fees associated with changes to their reservations.
