The destinations we currently showcase are those we have personally explored, ensuring we have in-depth knowledge of the area. However, this is just a glimpse of our extensive travel portfolio. Does it cost money to get a quote? No. After filling out the "Plan Your Vacation" form (located on the top of the page and on bookings & advising page) we will email you the estimated amount with taxes and fees included. We will request a time to setup a meeting to go over your booking further and discuss possible changes/additions to the itinerary.
How does the booking process work? 1. Complete the "Plan Your Vacation" form. 2. Receive a FREE custom itinerary and an estimated quote. 3. Setup a meeting with your Professional Travel Advisor to go over the itinerary and discuss any necessary changes/additions. 4. After you are confident in your upcoming trip, pay the requested deposit. (Deposits vary based on trips & group size). 5. Your advisor will begin to book your travel arrangements. If desired, the process will be discussed in depth, so you can have an understanding on what to look for if you would decide to book your own trip next time. 6. Trip interruption due to illness or unforeseen circumstances can be very expensive, and medical care abroad is often not covered by domestic insurance plans. Also, an increasing number of countries require proof of medical insurance for travelers entering their country.
How do I cancel a trip? Call us right away. If it’s after normal business hours, please contact the next involved travel supplier (airline, hotel, tour operator, cruise line) to cancel any reservations you will not be able to use. If you purchased travel insurance, please contact the insurance company’s 24-hour line to start the cancellation process and ensure your maximum refund.
